Welcome to your election guide
It’s voting week! This will be your chance to meet your candidates, learn about each student platform, and decide who you will vote for to become the next SSU Board of Directors. Don’t miss your chance to make your mark and shape every Sheridan student’s college experience throughout this academic year.
If this is your first time voting (or you need a little refresher), this guide will help you prepare for the next phase of elections.
To get started, here are A few things you should know:
All full-time and part-time Sheridan students can vote: Voting opens on April 1 at 9 am EST.
Voting will take place online: All students will use Simply Voting to cast your vote.
Voting Closes on April 4 @ 4 pm EST: Be sure to cast your ballot and vote for your new Board.

How do i VOTE FOR THE NEXT SSU BOARD OF DIRECTORS?
Visit the SimplyVoting website: Sheridan students eligible to vote will will receive the voting link through their Sheridan College email address.
Insert your Sheridan login credentials to sign in: Only eligible student voters will be able to access your ballot online.
Select 4 candidates to represent your campus: Each Sheridan student has the power to decide which four students will join the SSU Board.
Submit your ballot: Double-check you have selected the candidates you want to represent your campus on the Board and cast your ballot. VISIT THE CONTACT US PAGE FOR MORE QUESTIONS
