“My name is Roopkomal Singh, and I am currently a second-semester student pursuing Business Accounting at the Davis Campus of Sheridan College. Additionally, I serve as an executive member of the Sikh Student Association (SSA), where I manage our social media presence. My involvement extends to various college events, including the January orientation and club fair, where I represented SSA. I actively participate in SSU-sponsored events such as Bingo Night and the Community Fair. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to attend the Club Conference hosted at the HMC campus, further enriching my college experience.”

“Advocating for Environment & Sustainability Initiatives is really important to me because I truly believe in taking care of our planet. We're facing big challenges with climate change and pollution, and as a student, I feel it's our responsibility to do something about it. By supporting sustainability initiatives at our college, we can make a real difference in protecting the environment for ourselves and future students.”
